Since 2008 I have had type 2 Diabetes.
I was insulin dependent starting from September of 2009, however due to my lifestyle changes, my Doctor removed me from insulin after 10 months. This blog is about my diet and health, and my love for delicious food!

Today at the produce stand there was a special on Heirloom Tomatoes and they looked really good!
I made a really delicious Heirloom Tomato Salad with a little Olive Oil and Vinegar and a ton of Fresh Dill!
